Prepaid by business bank transfer (ACH or wire). Opt out in writing by pilot day 23; the first retainer invoice is issued on day 24 and is due before day 31.
Advertising spend is separate. Your account opens after verified payment. Your team creates and runs the ads.
Questions before you start
Can we run the ads you deliver?
Yes. Once your invoice has cleared, every delivered file is yours to run in your own ad accounts. You choose which ads to run, where and when. Your signed order form sets out the usage terms.
When do the creatives arrive?
Your pilot starts when your bank transfer clears. We deliver 4 weekly batches of 25 distinct creatives, each in Feed, Square and Story, and days 29–30 are final handoff. Your signed order form confirms the delivery dates. Each batch appears in your portal once our team has reviewed every format.
What counts as one creative?
One image, one copy treatment and one intentional layout. A new image, new copy or a materially different layout is another creative. The Feed (4:5), Square (1:1) and Story (9:16) versions of the same creative, resizes, repairs and repeat downloads don't count again.
Is ad spend included?
No. Advertising spend is separate and stays in your own ad account. We don't create campaigns or run ads; your team decides what to run.
How does payment work?
Request your invoice on this page. Our team confirms the order form and sends a $2,500 invoice with business bank details. Pay by ACH or wire transfer; no card is charged. Your workspace opens once the transfer has cleared.
What happens after day 30?
To stop after the pilot, tell us in writing by the end of pilot day 23. Otherwise the first $4,000 monthly invoice is issued on day 24 and must clear before day 31. Each month is prepaid by bank transfer, and service pauses if the next month's payment hasn't cleared.
