Staff SMS alerts

Unicron Studios LLC (Duggie), 1651 Chamberlain Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49506, sends internal SMS and voice alerts to its own staff from one company phone number. The program is called Duggie Admin staff alerts.

Who gets messages

Only Duggie staff who take customer meetings. Customers and the public do not get messages from this number. We do not send marketing from this number.

How staff opt in

A staff member signs in to the internal Duggie admin page with their company Google account. On their own profile, they enter their mobile number and select the SMS alerts box. The box is not selected by default. Its label is the consent text below. Links to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are on the form. We record the time of consent. Only the staff member can agree for their own number.

The SMS alerts box reads: "Yes, I agree to receive automated SMS alerts from Duggie Admin (Unicron Studios LLC) at this number about my customer meetings: a new booking, and a reminder 30 minutes before each meeting. Message frequency varies, usually fewer than 10 messages a day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. Consent is not a condition of employment."

The Reminder calls box reads: "Yes, I agree to receive automated reminder calls from Duggie Admin at this number, 5 minutes before each meeting."

What we send

A new meeting: "Duggie Admin: new meeting with Ana (Acme), Wed, Oct 28, 2:00 PM EDT. Topic: Pricing questions. Meet: https://meet.google.com/abc-defg-hij"

A reminder 30 minutes before: "Duggie Admin: meeting with Ana (Acme) at 2:00 PM. Meet: https://meet.google.com/abc-defg-hij"

A test from the admin page: "Duggie Admin: test SMS. Your meeting alerts work. Reply STOP to opt out."

Message frequency varies with the number of meetings, usually fewer than 10 messages a day. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to stop all messages. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. A staff member can also clear the SMS alerts box on their profile at any time.

Privacy

We use staff phone numbers only for these alerts. We do not sell them or use them for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Twilio delivers the messages for us as a service provider. Read the privacy policy.
