The 4 steps
- Pick 3 to 5 angles for one product or offer.
- Launch a batch every week.
- Decide your keep, kill and iterate rules before the batch goes live.
- Turn each winner into the brief for next week.
Angles vs variations
Angles are different reasons to buy. Variations are new looks for the same angle. Test angles to find the message, then variations to scale it.
Why weekly batches
From 2018 to 2019, Kaleb Phillips, Duggie's founder, ran Grant Cardone's entire ad account, including the campaigns that sold out 10X Growth Con. A steady weekly flow of new creative keeps learning moving and gives you replacements before fatigue sets in.
Write the rules before launch
Template (fill in your own numbers from your account history):
- Keep if: cost per result is at or below
your targetafteryour minimum spend. - Kill if: cost per result is above
your ceilingafteryour minimum spend. - Iterate if: click-through is strong but conversions lag, so test new copy or a new offer on the same creative.
There is no universal threshold. Use your own margins and past results.

Keep a test log
Use one row for each ad: launch date, angle, variation, copy variant, spend, results, decision and the reason. After a few weeks, the log shows which angles win again and again, and the next brief comes from the log, not from memory.
Change one thing at a time
When you iterate, change the image or the copy, not both. If you change both and results improve, you won't know which change did it.
Copy tests on winning concepts
Once a creative wins, run copy variants on it: same image, different angle in the text.

Where Duggie fits
Duggie delivers in 4 weekly batches, 5 creatives and 25 ads each, so there's always a new round ready.
Duggie makes static Meta ads for you: 20 custom creatives a month, each in Feed, Square and Story (60 files), with 5 copy variants each, so 100 ads to test. They arrive in 4 weekly batches, the first one the same day your subscription starts, usually within 1 to 2 hours. A person reviews every file, revisions are unlimited and usually back in 1 to 2 hours, and your first payment is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. It's $500/month, and you can start with 1 free ad before you pay anything. See pricing.
Duggie may not be the right fit if you need video, or more than 20 new concepts a month for one brand.
