A filled-in example
How to fill in each field
- Product: name one product and one variant. If you want to show several products, write one brief for each.
- Offer: copy it from checkout, with the end date and any exclusions. If there is no offer, write "none", so nobody invents one.
- Angle: one reason to buy, in plain words. If you have two reasons, write two briefs.
- Headline: a starting point, not the final line. Check its length in the copy checker.
- Sizes: ask for all three at the start, so each one is laid out on purpose.
- Include and avoid: list what must appear, such as the logo, and the claims and words the brand can't use.
- Product link: the exact product page, so the designer can check the price, the variant and the photos.
Before you send it
Read the brief as if you had never seen the product. If the designer would need to ask a question, put the answer in the brief.
Brief gaps that cause revisions
Missing offer dates, no product link, "make it pop" instead of an angle, and sizes added after the design is done.
Pair it with

Where Duggie fits
With Duggie, you can skip the brief: we start from your website and you confirm the details.
Duggie makes static Meta ads for you: 20 custom creatives a month, each in Feed, Square and Story (60 files), with 5 copy variants each, so 100 ads to test. They arrive in 4 weekly batches, the first one the same day your subscription starts, usually within 1 to 2 hours. A person reviews every file, revisions are unlimited and usually back in 1 to 2 hours, and your first payment is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. It's $500/month, and you can start with 1 free ad before you pay anything. See pricing.
Duggie may not be the right fit if you need video, or more than 20 new concepts a month for one brand.
